We’re looking for an extremely enthusiastic, motivated and personable team member to deliver the highest quality customer service to our growing clientele.  

Member Service Representatives are the face of our business and each team member plays a really important role in client retention and business success.  We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our business and enjoys working in a family atmosphere. With your help we plan to expand the programs and services Saskpro offers.

Oh yeah, we’re also very fair, respectful and appreciative.  We like having fun by providing highly valuable fitness services and products.  You will be compensated well, treated great and we will certainly look for ways to pay you more for your efforts if they warrant it.  We want someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others… because that’s what we do at Saskpro.

We also have a very unique approach to bringing on new team members.  We require you go through our integration process which lasts 4 weeks.

We have a full-time Admin, and are looking to hire for a part-time position with flexible hours. 

If you're a good fit for our company, you will be paid as an employee and on probation until your first formal review (90 days), and have the opportunity to grow your career in hours, responsibilities - plus incentives.

Tasks You Will Perform

  • Answering and returning phone calls from customers and prospects.
  • Responding to customer service phone calls and emails.
  • Filing

Required Skills


These are the skills you must already have to qualify for this position:

  • Microsoft Word. You must be very comfortable using Word.
  • Microsoft Publisher. We publish a monthly newsletter in publisher, and you’ll need to be able to make edits/changes to the file when necessary and get it ready for print.

  • Microsoft Excel: You must have basic Excel skills. We don’t do anything advanced with this software, just some simple spreadsheets, but you must be comfortable doing what I need you to do.
  • Good phone personality/etiquette: You will be the face of the business, that is a VERY important position to prospective clients and our amazing current clients. You must be comfortable conversing on the phone, in person, and through email. You must know how to conduct yourself professionally, take clear messages and deliver clear instructions to the prospect or client. I’ll teach you everything you need to say and do, but I can’t teach you manners and professionalism.
  • Email: A great deal of your work will be via email. We use a web-based program that’s easy to learn (you’ll understand it within 30 minutes). You need to be very comfortable and proficient with email.
  • Thoughtfulness and organization: I need you to be able to think for yourself and be organized. I am very serious about this one. I do not want a robot, we want someone who learns and grows with us.
